How We Use Your Information
To schedule and perform visits, communicate about your home, send visit reports, and — with your explicit consent — keep designated family members informed.
What We Are Not
Honeydew is not a medical service, caregiving service, or home health service. We do not provide personal care, medication management, or any medical assistance. We focus on the home itself.
Family Visit Updates
Family updates are entirely opt-in. We only share non-medical visit summaries — what we did, what we found, and any recommendations. We never share medical information, financial information, or anything beyond what the homeowner has explicitly approved.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Payment information is processed by Jobber and never stored by Honeydew directly.
Your Rights
