Membership Terms
Memberships are billed monthly. Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days from the start date.
Services Provided
Honeydew provides preventive home maintenance, safety checks, and minor repairs as described in each plan. Specific services vary by plan tier. Major repairs may require additional pricing and your approval before work begins.
What We Are Not
Honeydew is not a medical service, caregiving service, or home health service. We do not provide personal care, medication management, or any medical assistance. We focus on the home itself.
Contractor Recommendations
For work beyond our scope, we may recommend independent contractors from a vetted list. We never receive kickbacks, referral fees, or commissions from contractors. You are free to choose any contractor you prefer.
PA Licensing
Honeydew Home Partners LLC is a registered Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor. We carry $1M+ in general liability coverage. License and insurance documentation available upon request.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not identified during a visit.
